Welcome to All Email. By downloading, accessing, or using the All Email mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

All Email provides a unified inbox experience that lets you connect and manage multiple email accounts in one place. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Account Connections

By connecting a third-party email account (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo) to All Email, you authorize us to access and display your email data solely for the purpose of providing the service. You may disconnect any account at any time from within the App settings.

3. Acceptable Use

• You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws.
• You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• You agree not to use the App to send spam, malware, or harmful content.

4. Intellectual Property

All Email and its original content, design, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

All Email is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any loss of data or unauthorized access to your accounts.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
